LatitudSur

The Story

In El Salvador, LatidudSur (https://www.facebook.com/vivelatitudsur/) is a modern apartment complex created to bring the best living experience to middle-upper class people with the help of efficient space use and amenities. 

Potential buyers don’t like bots or tech overall but they’re accustomed to automated welcome menus, so we had to disguise this as a regular welcome bot and then lure them to see the magic and schedule an appointment with the sales team.

 

The Problem

  • No sales process in place.

  • Staff used pen and paper.

  • Sales staff overwhelmed with 300+ customer questions per week.

  • Ton of repetitive questions.

  • No time to schedule visits or finish sales paperwork.
